This is an established and successful team experienced in Modern Methods of Construction (MMC) and can be proven by delivery of the following projects for our current HA partners, on time and within budget.

We currently deliver all of our schemes using Modern Methods of Construction (MMC). We have our own in house system marketed as KEEBS (Kathrens Energy Efficient Buidling Systems) and we can deliver schemes using pre assembled open and closed panel timber frame. We employ our operatives to under take these works which means we are far more efficient in delivering these products.

Through competitive tendering, we secure and execute social housing developments for public and private sector clients. Our experience allows us to navigate the complexities of procurement, ensuring seamless project delivery from planning to completion.
