Hafren Road was advertised as an open tender on behalf of Bron Afon Housing Association. We were successful in our bid in early 2024 with planning permission being delivered during the negotiation phase just prior entering contract. The development is for 5 units and consists of 2 number one bedroom apartments, 1 three bedroom house and 2 two bedroom houses.

The development will be delivered to WDQR standards despite the topography challenges. The development will be delivered using our in house KEEBS system and commenced on site in March 2024. We aim to complete the development in early to mid 2026.
