The former Pentre Hotel scheme was negotiated between ourselves and Trivallis following a development being completed next door. The development consisted of 8 apartments 1 being specially adapted for a disabled user.

The development was especially challenging including underpinning works, little to no space for operations and being located off the main road. Much of the work had to be done manually meaning special considerations on manual handling. We built the scheme without the use of a crane and still managed to deliver it via our KEEBS system qualify for MMC on the development.

We feel this one of our exemplar developments overcoming many challengers simply not seen on most modern construction sites.
