This development has been brought to site in Partnerships with Trivallis. Being a framework contractor we were asked to develop a scheme to deliver 8 number 2 bed dwellings along with a 2 bed adapted bungalow for a local end user. We started working on the scheme in 2023 with planning be applied for in 2024. This decision was made following entering into a S106 agreement in January 2025.

The scheme is aiming to commence in May 2025 following the discharge of planning conditions and entering of statutory agreements. The scheme will be delivered to DWQR standards despite the challenging topography and will include MMC construction which will allow for a speedy delivery of the much-needed homes.
