The development is located on the former rifleclub on the corner of Victoria Street. The former building albeit falling into disrepair was a focal building and the replacement had to meet the same character. Working closely with client, architect and planners this was achieved, and the project was delivered on time despite covid. We regard this as one of our exemplar projects using our Steel Frame system and achieving EPC A. 

The heating solution was using infrared panels along with Air Source Head Pump Cylinders. This system was successful, and we have gone on to use it on future projects either in full or in part with Bron Afon and other clients.
