Glenn is an accomplished Managing Director with a 37-year track record in the construction Industry. Glenn is the second generation within the Family business starting as a labourer during school holidays before a short hiatus to Robert MacAlpine as a Quantity Surveyor, before returning to the family business at aged 23. By 25, he had set up Carbis Properties which ended up being merged within WK businesses in early 2000’s. Glenn has been the MD since 2015. Carbis properties owns a series of residential properties for rent which gives us great insight to how our clients tenants/end users experience properties which we feel gives us an edge over the competition.

Glenn has a proven track record in leading large-scale projects, driving operational excellence, and achieving business growth. Skilled in strategic planning, team leadership, and client relationship management. Glenn has worked with many of the Welsh RSL’s & Employers Agents, to name a few; RHA, Newydd, Trivallis, Bron Afon, Coastal, Expedite, Taylor Lewis, Strongs

Glenn also developed an in-house Light Weight Steel Frame system (KEEBS) in 2011 which laid a strong foundation for delivering MMC well before, it more recent requirements from our RSL clients.

Glenn laid the foundation for our in-house quality standards which we receive great feedback from our clients, their tenants and members of the public.
